Synopsis:

Sprint Zero: Make Your Team Productive From the Start

Following the evolution of software development, from Waterfall to Iterative to Agile, recent thinking has begun to consider how to improve methodologies like Scrum. Why do we find them hard to scale? What are the limitations of refactoring? How do you deal with architectural consistency? How do you deal with program coordination with complex dependencies?
